  • One can get the mobile number registered by visiting the nearest branch of PNB and filling out the registration form.
  • Fill out the details including mobile number, account number, and other information required.
  • Submit the form for verification purposes.
  • Once the registration gets approved, an SMS will then be received containing the activation code.
  • Enter the activation code to activate the PNB SMS Banking on the registered mobile number.

  • An SMS is received containing the mini statement. It can be availed 24*7.
  • The charge for the SMS service is INR 15 + GST quarterly (except for Senior Citizen Accounts, Vidyarthi Accounts, Mitra Accounts, Accounts opened under PMJDY, and Staff and ex-staff accounts).

Step 2: Login using Customer ID and Password.
